Tender Description
Wellington Shire Council invites commercial building contractors to tender for upgrading of building works at the Yarram Regent Theatre. Work includes asbestos removal, plastering, painting, carpet and vinyl replacement and building works.
The date for practical completion is 3 November 2016.
All tenderers must register with the Council to obtain the tender documents. These can be downloaded by completing the form below or alternatively you may contact the Project Engineer, Mr Ray Weber on 1300 366 244 or email raymond.weber@wellington.vic.gov.au.
Tenders should be lodged in the tender box at the Wellington Shire Council Sale Service Centre at 18 Desailly Street, Sale, no later than 2.00pm Wednesday 6 July 2016. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late, email or facsimile tenders will not be accepted.
