Tender Description
The contract involves removal of snow and the treatment of ice and provision of Chainbay Management Services.
This is a NSW Government funded project.
All Respondents must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.
Please note that documents will be supplied in electronic format for download.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at: 02:00pm on Thursday, 09 June 2016 at Wilson Valley Depot - Barracks - Kosciuszko Road, located opposite the SkiRider Hotel.
Tenderers shall confirm their attendance at the pre-proposal meeting by Tuesday, 07 June 2016 to the email address deviga.prabaharan@rms.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating “Pre-Proposal Meeting Attendance Confirmation - RMS.16.3558.0854”.
Proposal shall be submitted before 2.30pm (Sydney time) on Monday, 11 July 2016. Respondents shall submit their proposals to E-tender website.
