Alterations and Additions to new entry Portico and Associated Works at the Lawson Community Hall
The proposal is for upgrades to the Lawson Community Hall to provide:
* New entry Portico and extension to existing Foyer;
* New pedestrian steps and ramp to access the portico;
* Additions to provide a new Accessible (ambulant) WC is also proposed, located on the Westside of the existing Hall;
* Minor alterations as required to facilitate this work;
* Floor cover to 2 x rear rooms; and
* Painting to 2 x rear rooms.
The works have been separated to allow Council flexibility in determining what works proceed for the available budget as follows:
* Portico and associated works;
* Accessible toilet;
* Rear room floor-coverings and painting; and
* Stage 2 window and sub floor FC works.
