Expression of Interest Rental of Vacant Land behind Fire Engine Shed, Tambo

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are invited for the monthly rental of part of the vacant land behind the Fire Engine Shed, Tambo on Lot 3 on RP603951 approximately 982m2. Expressions of interest will close with the undersigned at 4.30pm on Friday, 24th June, 2016.

Prospective tenants are advised that it is the responsibility of the new tenant to install hard stand for storage and a secure perimeter fence. It may also be necessary for Council to access to the sewer line crossing the land in the event of blockage or other failure.

Further particulars, including a copy of a map of the land, regarding the Expression of Interest may be obtained from Mrs Donna Richardson, Customer Service and Administration Supervisor during normal office hours.
