Tender Description
Council is currently pursuing a major customer experience and digital service delivery reform agenda known as the Boroondara Customer First (BC1) Program. This initiative aims to address key customer experience and public facing online service challenges and opportunities in the digital environment.
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide the services of a Solution Architect to assist with the BC1 Program utilising Microsoft CRM technology.
The Solution Architect will be able to provide expert technical advice, in-depth written business analysis and direction across a range of technical issues and solutions.
The contract is expected to commence July 25 2016 for a period of one year.
The lowest or any offer will not necessarily be accepted.
