Submission/Quotation Lease of Eidsvold and/or Mundubbera Gym Facilities

⁠⁠⁠The North Burnett Regional Council invites Submissions/Quotations from persons with a minimum qualification of Cert III in Fitness, current Working with Children Blue Card and a current Senior First Aid Certificate, to develop and manage a small gym business in Eidsvold and/or Mundubbera. Previous gym management/personal training experience would be advantageous.

The existing Gym facilities in Eidsvold and Mundubbera are available to interested persons who are excited about conducting a gym business, utilising the existing infrastructure and resources.

The Lease fees are intentionally kept to a minimum to enable an enthusiastic Lessee. The Lease fees are set to recover rates costs only. The Lease allows the Lessee to set their own entry fees and to keep all proceeds thereof.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right drive and enthusiasm to develop this into a much needed fitness business.
