Tender Description
Offers are invited for the execution and completion of the building improvement works stated below at Narangba Sports Centre:
* The kiosk building is to be converted into a referee’s/first-aid room where some existing internal joinery will be removed to enable a first-aid area to be created.
* The change-room/toilet building is to be essentially fully refurbished internally including the creation of new entry points to the change-rooms. The ‘visitor’ change-room will be expanded in size (wall removed) and new seating installed. The shower and toilet areas will be fully modernised and the existing disabled toilet will be upgraded to achieve compliance with current legislation. Complete interior decoration will occur including the installation of new security screening to high level around the building.
* Preparation of a full and detailed dilapidation report prior to the commencement of the works in Word format that includes a comprehensive photo record.
