Chevron has a requirement for the provision of stevedoring and marine unloading / loading services in the Perth region to support logistics capability for the Gorgon and Wheatstone Assets and the Drilling and Completions program.

The proposed initial term of contract is five(5) years (inclusive of an initial 3 month transition phase).

Scope of work is for the provision of, but is not limited to, the following work activities:
* Personnel and equipment for the efficient and effective loading / unloading of Company cargo on/ off Company provided vessels to the vessel Master’s satisfaction;
* Cargo management and staging in accordance with the provisional load plan and load list for each vessel, as provided by the Company;
* Receipt of cargo in preparation for marine or terrestrial transport;
* Final quarantine preparation of Company cargo to the satisfaction of Company quarantine personnel for loading onto Company provided vessels;
* Lashing and unlashing of cargo on-board Company provided vessels to the vessel Master’s satisfaction;
* Additional tasks to support stevedoring services and the efficient loading / unload of company provided vessels, as directed agreed between Company and Contractor; and
* Contractor to ensure safe handling and security of freight while stored at Contractor facility.

The freight volume may vary significantly; based on current assumptions, it is anticipated it would range between 0 and 2 port calls each month.

Contractor must meet or exceed the relevant Chevron HSE expectations.
