⁠⁠⁠Request for Proposal - Catering Services.

Summerset at Wigram retirement village is seeking proposals from catering companies who have the skills, experience and infrastructure to deliver a wide range of meals and catering services to residents, staff and visitors.

Summerset at Wigram is Summerset's first retirement village we've opened in the Canterbury region. Once complete the village will be home to up to 350 people. Our second village in Casebrook will open in 2017.

We are looking for a supplier who will have a genuine respect for our residents to:
* Provide all meals to residents living in our 50 room care centre
* Manage the village cafe, which is open to residents and the public
* Provide catering for specific village events and meetings.

Suppliers who have a proven record of providing meals that are of high quality and variety, are able to cover the full range of dietary requirements (such as diabetic, gluten free) are encouraged to take part in this request for proposal process.
