The Contract involves works in Broadway, Punchbowl between Canterbury Road and Hillcrest Street.

The Works include kerb and gutter works on both sides of Broadway from Canterbury Road to Hillcrest Street including kerb returns, median islands and storm-water drainage works.
* The reconstruction of kerb and gutter on both sides of the street in Broadway, including median islands
* Footpath reconstruction works
* Stormwater / subsoil pipe and pit construction
* Vehicular crossing reconstruction
* Roof water pipe adjustment
* Re-turfing of disturbed verges
* Existing service location and protection
* Asphalt road pavement reconstruction
* SSM replacement
* Setting out the works
* Works As Executed (WAE) plans on completion of works, to be undertaken by registered surveyor.

The purpose of this Request for Tender (hereinafter referred to as “RFT”) is to seek submissions from companies with the proven ability to deliver a complete construction package in meeting the desired outcomes as specified in this RFT.

Works under this Contract include the supply of all labour, materials and plant to construct the Works.
