City of Parramatta, Expression of Interest EOI: 07/2016 Event Management Services
The City of Parramatta is inviting Expression of Interest from established event management companies with significant experience to assist on particular aspects of Australia Day, New Year's Eve & other ad hoc events as required. Companies which have experience in production, site, program and event planning, management and delivery are sought to deliver services such as:
Event management services
Management and planning of event programs as required
Provide consultation to enable better decision making during planning
Provide all event management plans, production and all aspects related to event reporting as required
Provide pre and post event reports
The period of the EOI is for one (1) year with an option of two (2) one year extensions. Continuance of the contract for the initial and subsequent periods will be reliant on ongoing reliability and satisfactory performance which will be subject to quarterly review.
