Invitation to Tender No. 18/2016: 5 Parramatta Square Interior Design Consultants.

City of Parramatta Council is the owner of the 5 Parramatta Square development site and is currently finalising a design excellence process for its landmark civic and community building. Council has endorsed the concept design by a consortium of French firm Manuelle Gautrand Architecture and Australian firms DesignInc and Lacoste + Stevenson.

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Interior Design consultants to assist in preparing the requirements for a Development Application and the subsequent design development of the endorsed concept design for the 5 Parramatta Square development, as part of Parramatta Square.

The Tender price is made up fixed sums and a schedule of rates.

Consultants must submit a tender for all disciplines listed in the Invitation to Tender (ITT). The submission can be made by a single entity or a consortium of consultants. Note, there will be two (2) site inspections held on Wednesday 01 June 2016 and Friday 03 June 2016, commencing at 10:00am, meeting a Council representative at Parramatta Town Hall, 182 Church Street, Parramatta. Attendance at one (1) site inspection is compulsory.

A decision will be made on this Tender by late July 2016.
