2016 - Sydney New Year's Eve Harbour of Light Parade

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for entry into the 2016 Sydney New Year's Eve Harbour of Light Parade®.

The Harbour of Light Parade is one of the most anticipated spectacles of the annual Sydney New Year's Eve event. Vessels decorated in rope light entertain and delight spectators gathered on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour between the 9:00pm Family and Midnight Fireworks Displays.

Organisations wishing to participate must provide a response in the form outlined in the EOI documents. Information about the company and vessel(s), insurance and safety documents, and proposed rope light designs that meet specific requirements will need to be provided.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred) using the attached returnable forms. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the online manual on the portal. Submissions can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the EOI title, number, and closing date, and placed in the Tender Box located Town Hall House, Level 1, 456 Kent Street, Sydney 2000, by the nominated time and date.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: EOIs close at 11:00am AEST on 21 June 2016 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced EOI or all or any part of an EOI and reserves the right to conduct the Request for EOI process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
