SPARQ Solutions is interested in engaging the services of an offeror that can deliver one or more of the following work packages. Due to the technical leadership and guidance focus of this engagement and the need for on premise resourcing, SPARQ Solutions will be selecting an offeror who is an Oracle Platinum Partner, or at minimum a Gold Partner and who can demonstrate they have a strong OFM practice and OFM experienced technical staff presence in Brisbane, Australia.

Detailed requirements relating to the general requirements are included in "Part C - Response to Requirements and Questions". Requirements labelled Mandatory must be met.

Work Package 1 - Deliver an automated provisioning and deployment tool to allow middleware environments to be built and re-built in a consistent and cost / time efficient manner.

Work Package 2 - Install and configure the 12c version of the Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM) platform (in the DEV, SIT, UAT and PROD environments);

Work Package 3 - Engagement of a SOA Solution Advisor for a period of up to 12 months who can deliver on thought leadership, innovation and expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware. A key function of this role is to act in the capacity of an external change agent, who can assist SPARQ Solutions transform its enterprise integration environment. Focus will be given to increasing the integration platform effectiveness, assistance with standards, design and development and upskilling of SPARQ technical staff. Strong technical leadership and deep OFM12c knowledge will be essential to contribute to the successful transition to the OFM12c platform and provisioning of new integration services.
