Review Drinking Water & Sewage Monitoring Program & Prepare Doc for Tender of Laboratory Services

⁠⁠⁠Accordingly, Icon Water invites suitably qualified consultants to submit a tender for:
Stage 1) Review of the current Drinking Water and Sewage Quality Monitoring program (Program) using historical results, risk profiles and industry standards to develop a revised monitoring program. The consultancy will ensure the revised Program manages Icon Water's risks and provides sufficient information and data for drinking water quality, sewage treatment and sewage network management, whilst at the same time looking for potential cost savings by utilising technologies. In developing the Program, the consultant should also consider the requirements, skills and facilities required for delivery of each part of the Program to enable Icon Water to assess its ability to insource part or all of the laboratory services into the future (Stage 1).

Stage 2) Preparation of Documentation for Tender of Laboratory Services provided to Icon Water. If at the completion of Stage 1, the recommendation/outcome is to test the market, this consultancy will also prepare the Statement of Requirement to enable Icon Water to issue a request for tender for the Program (or part of it) as developed during Stage 1.
