Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking tenders for the construction sports field lighting for a new NRL facility at Council Reserve 811 Kellyville.
The NRL Centre is proposed to be developed within Reserve 811 which is bordered by Fyfe Road, Carindale Street and The Ponds Boulevard, Kellyville Ridge. The NRL Centre is to be located within the southern section of Reserve 811 on land which is predominantly cleared.
