Fitout and Operation of Community Centre Cafe / Restaurant

⁠⁠⁠​The City of Belmont (“City”) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced lessee to establish and operate a cafe to be located in a new, landmark, multi-purpose community facility in the Faulkner Civic Precinct, Cloverdale with building to commence in mid-2017as detailed in the attached specification.

The lease period is negotiable dependent on the level of investment in this facility by the Successful Tenderer.
