The Mareeba Shire Council hereby invites Expression of Interest for Lease Council Building - Kuranda (Old Library Building)

Changes: Section 228(7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 relating to changes to Tenders may be applied.
Lodgement of Submissions: Expressions of Interest must be lodged in the Tender Box at the Mareeba Shire Council Administration Centre at 65 Rankin Street, Mareeba by the Closing Time. (emailed submissions are not acceptable).
Closing Time: The Closing Time for lodgement of Expressions of Interest is 11.00am on Tuesday 14 June 2016.
Submissions will be opened publicly.
