Offers are invited for the Works described below in accordance with the Drawings and Specification supplied herewith, the Conditions of Offer and the Conditions of Agreement herein.

Offers are to be returned by 12:00 noon on Friday 27 May 2016 to Ports North, marked Private and Confidential, for the attention of the Purchasing Officer.

Ports North (PN) is the landowner of the yard at Mourilyan Harbour that previously operated as a fish farm or fish hatchery.

The facility has not been used for number of year and is generally in a poor state of repair.

Some of the buildings/sheds may however still be in sufficient condition to be worth relocating.

Within the yard there are enclosed sheds, open sheds, tanks, pipework, concrete slabs and other infrastructure. The intent is to demolish and remove all buildings and associated infrastructure from the site including any in-ground services.
