Council is seeking to attract high quality and appropriately qualified, experienced and skilled private sector parties (Tenderers) to lease the Laidley Gym Facility (Facility). This RFT requires the Successful Tenderer to supply all gym equipment for use and the intended lease commencement date is 1 July 2016.
