BACKGROUND
Programmed Facility Management on behalf of the Department of Training and Workforce
Development are seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the B
Block Lift Replacement at the South Metropolitan TAFE, Bentley Campus.

EXPECTATION
Delivery of all works is expected to be complete by Wednesday, 31st of May 2017. In order to achieve the expectations of our Clients, PFM has outlined the prerequisite to carry out this Contract.

Additionally, PFM has outlined the milestones to meet the project deliverables.

PREREQUISITE
It is a prerequisite for the experienced qualified building organisation to have:

* Carried out lift replacement works of a complex nature in the last two (2) years
* Demonstrated experience in coordinating various nominated subcontractors
