The University of Wollongong Audio Visual Services unit is responsible for the provision, maintenance and upkeep of AV systems at UOW. Given the scale of operations and the high usage levels of systems, AVS are tendering for AV Integration Services from AV Integrators who can install, commission & service modern AV systems in an enterprise environment.

AVS are responsible for 120+ Central Teaching Spaces, of which a majority are due for technology refresh. In addition to this, there are another 130+ spaces that will come under IMTS management which will also require upgrade to a defined standard. This is currently being planned out as a 5-7 year life cycle to manage funding and work load.
