All quotations must be on the approved form contained in the specification which may be obtained by contacting Council's Engineering Administration WHS/Risk Officer, Jackie Lister T: (02) 6029 8588. Please provide copies of appropriate insurances with your quotation.

Quotations may be submitted by facsimile or email provided they are received prior to time of closing. Lowest or any quotation for any product may not necessarily be accepted.

All submissions will be placed on Council's Preferred Suppliers List and new submissions will be required for each twelve month period from 1 July 2016.
