Quotations are invited and will be received until 12:00 noon on Friday, 3 June 2016 for the hire on a casual basis of the following plant and equipment for the period of 1 July 16 to 30 June 2017.

4. Elevated work Platforms
5. Excavators
6. Graders
7. Horizontal Directional Boring
8. Loaders
9. Minor Plant & Equipment
10. Mowers & Slashers
11 Portable Amenities/Offices
12. Road Repair Machines/"Jetpatchers"
13. Rollers
14. Septic Tank Cleaners
15. Skid Steer Loaders/Bobcats
16. Tractors
17. Traffic Control
18. Tree Care/Removal
19. Trucks & Tippers
20. Water Carts
21 Weed Spraying
22. Miscellaneous
All quotations must be on the approved form contained in the specification which may be obtained by contacting Council's Engineering Administration WHS/Risk Officer, Jackie Lister T: (02) 6029 8588. Please provide copies of insurance, licences/tickets with the quoted rates.
Quotations may be submitted by facsimile or email provided they are received prior to time of closing. Lowest or any quotation for any plant item may not necessarily be accepted.
All submissions will be placed on council's Preferred Suppliers list and new Submissions will be required for each twelve (12) Month period as from 1 july 2016.
