Rehabilitation of Existing Sewer Mains

⁠⁠⁠AlburyCity Council invites suitably qualified Contractor's to submit a Tender for the rehabilitation of existing sewer mains and associated works comprising of approximately 61m of 100mm diameter, 3500m of 150mm diameter and 219m of 225mm diameter sewer to be rehabilitated to Council upon the conditions detailed in this RFT. This Tender is conducted in accordance with the requirements of Council's Procurement and Tendering Policy.

The work shall be achieved by an approved pipe sleaving, pipe bursting and pipe relining methods. The pipe shall be internally and externally impervious to chemical and abrasion resistant.

The Contract is a Schedule of rates Contract not subject to rise and fall provisions.

This contract will be governed by the conditions of;
General Conditions of Contract, AS2124-1992 as amended with attached annexures. Refer Section 4.
