A map outlining the lease land can be collected from Council's Property Section located on the ground floor of the Civic Centre or on Council's web site www.bathurst.nsw.gov.au and follow the link.

There is town water available on the land. The successful applicant will be responsible for the payment of water usage.

Please submit your Expression of Interest quoting No. 22.05149 in a sealed and marked envelope "Expression of Interest - 4040 O'Connell Road, Bathurst" by 4.00 pm on Tuesday 31 May 2016 in the Quotation Box located on the ground floor at Council's Civic Centre. Please include any previous leasing history, your intended use of the land and your proposed lease payment (GST inclusive). Yearly CPI increases will be applied to lease payments.

A bond deposit of $1,000 will be payable by the successful applicant and held in trust during the tenancy.

The lobbying or liaison with Councillors prior to the consideration of Expressions of Interest by Council will lead to the rejection of the offending expression.
