Request for Applications - Panel of Pre-Qualified Suppliers - Plant Hire

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Esperance intends to establish a panel of pre-qualified suppliers (Panel), for the following category:
0001-16 Plant Hire

Supply and/or operate hire plant and equipment, on an as required basis, to support the efficient delivery of the Shire's annual works program.

Subcategories of plant within the Panel include Dozer, Grader, Trucks and Trailers, Loader, Scraper, Water Tanker and Trailers, Low Loaders, Stabiliser Equipment, Rollers, Excavators, and Bobcats/Skid Steers.

Interested parties are hereby invited to submit an application to join the Panel in accordance with the following:

Applications do not need be for all subcategories under the Panel, and Applicants are welcome to apply for just one subcategory (e.g. dozer only).

Applicants are also encouraged to apply multiple times for one subcategory, if applicable (e.g. dozer hire, multiple models)

Application packages are available by registering as a supplier through the Shire's e-Procurement portal (see option below).

Applications MUST be submitted electronically via the Shire's e-Procurement portal by the Deadline. Applications submitted by facsimile, email, post or hand delivery will not be accepted for evaluation.

The Deadline for submitting Applications is 2:00pm AWST, Thursday 02 June 2016.
