Request for Proposal for the Provision of Metering Services for Tariff Trial Project

⁠⁠⁠TasNetworks is seeking submissions for the Provision of Metering Services for it's Tariff Trial Project.

TasNetworks is required to design its tariffs to better reflect the usage choices of individual customers, with network tariffs structured to reflect the cost of providing network services to individual customers.

TasNetworks currently has limited data on which to base forecasts of revenue and customer impacts of its proposed cost reflective tariff structures, or for use in developing the overall structure and prices of those tariffs. To remedy this, TasNetworks is undertaking a tariff trial project.

The purpose of the network tariff trial is to test demand based tariffs for residential customers. Data will be required in order to facilitate off-market billing and to allow customers to have the capacity to analyse likely bill outcomes under both the base case and the tariff to be tested as detailed in the Technical Specification contained in the RFP document pack.

Ensure in your Tender submission you address all the requirements listed in the Technical Specification, complete the Capability Statement and a signed Declaration by Vendor, which are included in the tender pack, along with any other supporting documentation.

Responses are requested in Portable Document Format (PDF) and must be lodged in the Tenderlink electronic tender box set up for this Tender by the closing time 2.00 pm AEST Friday the 03 June 2016.

Note: DMAX Lite software will NOT be used for submissions to this Tender.
