Tender Description
Stage 3 is the lower day use area of the Baden Powell recreation area below the carpark and adjacent to the river. This includes:
* The removal of the existing three timber access structures, carpark retaining wall and all adjacent timber steps.
* The replacement of up to three river access structures to facilitate recreation activities and non-motorised watercraft use in the Murray River and;
* The construction of landscaping works around the new structures and the existing lower car park.
