This RFQ deals with the establishment of a whole building contract for “the Supply and Delivery of Cow’s Milk” (at 50% Full Cream Milk and 50% Skim Milk).The milk is to be delivered in 2 litre bottles directly to each of the 15 kitchen/tea room fridges (with the possibility of an additional kitchen fridge) located on the 8 floors, including the ground floor Customer Service Centre, occupied by DEWNR at 81 Waymouth Street.
Deliveries will be conducted on two days per week (Monday and Wednesdays) before 9am. Total - 15 kitchen/tea room fridges (with the possibility of an additional kitchen fridge) for approx 880 to 900 staff - at an approx 15,100 litres pa (including the additional kitchen fridge, an approx 15,500 litres pa).
