Tenders closing at 2pm on Friday 03 June are invited for the construction of a bunkhouse and 2 room accommodation unit at the Eromanga Natural History Museum located several kilometres south of Eromanga, Queensland. The project consists of construction of an 8 room bunkhouse with kitchen, dining and ablution facilities and a 2 room single structure accommodation unit 50m2. The scope of work includes all associated sub-trade works including electrical and plumbing installation. Site preparation works will be by others.

The tender will be awarded based on an analysis of weighted selection criteria. Notwithstanding such analysis, Council reserves the right to select the submission that in view of all the circumstances appears to be the most advantageous. The contract will be awarded mid-June with a commencement date expected to be July. The Contract period will be sixteen (16) weeks unless otherwise agreed at tender stage.
