Expression of Interest for the Development and Lease
Fennell Street Car Park, Parramatta

Parramatta City Council (PCC) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from applicants interested in the development and lease of the property known as Fennell Street Car Park, 431 Church Street, Parramatta. The car park directly faces Church St in a busy North Parramatta location with easy access to Eat Street, the Riverside Theatre, Prince Alfred Park, Parramatta Stadium and public transport (including the future light rail).

An applicant will be required to submit a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of three (3) development options incorporating Council's desired commercial and public uses (ie additional public car parking) specified in the EOI document.

The EOI is not a formal offer to purchase land. It is an opportunity for applicants to propose options for development and lease of the property to demonstrate their experience and capacity in delivering projects of this nature and suggest an outcome which generates the highest and best return to PCC.
