Tender Description
Tenders are invited from experienced Civil/Landscaping contractors to undertake enhancements to the existing landscaping and picnic facilities in Eric Primrose Reserve located on the Parramatta River, immediately east of Rydalmere Wharf.
The works generally include the following significant features:
* Construction of new concrete pathways and reinforced concrete picnic shelter slabs.
* Supply and installation of new shelters, BBQ's and street furniture.
* Repair and upgrade of existing shade structures as detailed in the plans.
* Planting of advanced plants.
* Associated earthworks and landscaping.
* Undertake 26 Week Maintenance period
A final decision will be made on this Tender in mid-July 2016, with works anticipated to commence August 2016.
No pre-tender meeting is proposed, however it is recommended that prospective Tenderers visit the project site to confirm 'scope of work', and if questions arise submit these via the Tenderlink forum or to tenders@parracity.nsw.gov.au
