Kumarina Floodways:
Construction of two precast prestressed MRWA standard plank bridges ( 20m long bridge ( #1808) on the Southern Floodway and a 40m long bridge (# 1809) on the Northern Floodway) including realignment of 1KM of the road (off-line / east of the existing road) and tie-ins at Kumarina (SLK 1002.500 to SLK 1003.500) within the Shire of Meekatharra in between Meekatharra and Newman.

Munarra Floodway:
Construction of a bank of 29 numbers of 1200mm x 900mm reinforced concrete box culverts and construction of 0.9 KM of road section including 200m floodway.

Tenderers must be prequalified for the structures prequalification category Bridgeworks B2 (or higher), and must either be prequalified for or engage a subcontractor who must be prequalified for the roadworks prequalification category Roadworks R2 (or higher).

“It is a requirement of this project that any persons contracted to undertake the building work be accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme established by the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2005, at the time of the Tender closing for the building work and while the building work is being carried out.
