Tenders are invited and will be received up to 2:00 pm Tuesday 31 May 2016 from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to carry out investigation and design works for the Salt Pan Creek Tip Landfill Closure at Kentucky Road, Riverwood.

The Works include site investigation, detailed design, construction tender preparation and construction support.

Request for Tender documents will be available free of charge at www.tendersonline.com.au/canterbury or from Thursday 12 May 2016, for a non refundable fee of $50 (GST inclusive), from our Customer Services Centre located on the ground floor of our Administration Centre, 137 Beamish Street, Campsie.

Envelopes containing tenders are to be endorsed "Contract No. 30/2016 - Design of Salt Pan Creek Tip Landfill Facility Closure Works" and must be placed in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, Administration Centre, 137 Beamish Street, Campsie.

The onus rests with the tenderer or their representative to ensure that the tender is placed in the Tender Box by the due time.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

All tenderers must comply with the New South Government Code of Practice for the Construction Industry.
