Tender Description
Council is seeking Expression of Interests (“EOIs”) from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for the:
(1) Licence of the Greenacre Community Centre, erected on Lot 1 in Deposited Plan 191879 located at 87 Waterloo Rd, Greenacre (Licence) (shown outlined in red in the plan attached as Annexure 2 (Facility)) and being community land; and
(2) Provision of recreation and community based activities at the Greenacre Community Centre
A full description of the nature and extent of the Services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of the attached EOI.
