Tender Description
Ku-ring-gai Council is proposing to upgrade the existing dual usage community hall which is located at the corner of Park Ave, Addison Ave & Babbage Road Roseville. The planned upgrades will address water ingress issues affecting the premises. The planned upgrades will also provide improved drainage and energy efficient lighting.
Accordingly Council is seeking Tenders from reputable Contractors to undertake the planned upgrades, which will include the remediation of existing roofing, guttering, high-lite windows, drainage system and external lighting.
