Tender Description
Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for the campaign crushing and blending of approximately 6,000 tonnes of concrete, 2000 tonnes of asphalt/millings and 150 tonnes of concrete and clay pavers.
The Contractor is required to process the materials available on site to produce a blended mix product meeting the standards of DGS 20 Class R1 as detailed in and generally in accordance with the IPWEA (NSW) Specification for supply of Recycled Material for Pavements, Earthworks and Drainage (Table 2).
The Contractor must also comply with all requirements of the EPA Recovered Aggregate Order, 2014 to facilitate exemption from payment of the Waste Levy (Protection of the Environment Operations Act, Section 88.)
