Cairns Regional Council (Council) is inviting tenders for the Design and Construction of Draper Road Water Treatment Pilot Plant, located within the boundaries of the Gordonvale waste water treatment plant.

The scope of works includes but is not limited to:
* Development of the principal supplied concept design
* Finalising the detailed design of the pilot plant including all shop drawings, testing, commissioning and handover to Council
* Supply and installation of process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control aspects for the pilot plant

The pilot plant will be constructed on foundations prepared by Council.
