Construction of New Works Depot, South Grafton

⁠⁠⁠Council invites tenders from main contractors for the construction of a Works Depot with Administration building on the site at the corner of Tyson Street and Rushforth Road, South Grafton.

A non-mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held on Wednesday 18 May 2016 at 11.00 am. Attendance is limited to 3 attendees per tenderer and attendance is to be confirmed with Ridgemill via Ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au.

Tenders are to be submitted in accordance with the tender conditions by 3.00 pm 8 June 2016.

Canvassing of Councillors or Council staff will disqualify the tender.
