Tender Description
Suitably qualified and experienced professional service contractors are required to provide quality assurance surveying services for construction, design and surveillance on the Woolgoolga to Ballina Pacific Highway Upgrade Sections 3 to 6A for up to 44 months.
Activities to be carried out include but are not limited to:
* Detail surveys for design progression
* Quantity measurements and calculations for monthly payments of scheduled items
* Conformance and verification of all pavement layers and bridge components
* Monitoring of structures and pavements
* Control networks for road construction
* Minor design and model rectification
* Property boundary set out
This tender provides an opportunity for local industry participation.
The NSW Government’s Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and the NSW Government’s Implementation Guidelines to the NSW Code of Practice for Procurement for the Building and Construction Industry (NSW Guidelines) apply to this project.
Compliance with the NSW Code and NSW Guidelines is a pre-requisite to submitting any response to a procurement process (expression of interest or tender response) and to any successful application being awarded. This is a joint Australian and NSW government funded project.
The Building Code 2013 (Building Code) and the Supporting Guidelines to the Building Code 2013 (Supporting Guidelines) applies to this project. This document can be viewed at the Australian Government website at www.employment.gov.au/BuildingCode.
All applicants must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.
