Tenders are invited and will be received until 2.00pm (WST) Thursday 26 May 2016 for 'Design, Fabricate and Install Weighbridge Facility and Operations Building, Tom Price'.

Tenders may be submitted (see option below) or in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender name and number and lodged at the Administration Centre, Poinciana Street, or posted to PO Box 567, Tom Price, WA 6751.

Electronically submitted tenders must be followed up with a hand-delivered or posted original hardcopy no more than 5 working days after the closing date. Tenders submitted by facsimile will not be accepted.

The tender opening will be open to the public at the Tom Price Administration Centre at 3.00pm (WST) Thursday 26 May 2016.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify a tenderer.
