Leichhardt Council is inviting preliminary Expressions of Interest from registered housing providers for a long-term lease over a public car park in Hay Street, Leichhardt for construction and management by the Lessee of affordable housing and/or housing for key workers and/or supported living housing and/or social housing and/or community housing and/or other housing which fits Council’s strategic objectives and housing objectives.
Expressions of Interest are to be lodged by Monday 23 May 2016.
