Tender Description
The works under this Contract consist of the Manufacturing of relocatable tourist park cabins and ensuite units and installing them at various Holiday Haven Tourist Parks in the Shoalhaven.
The scope of work under the Contract shall be for the supply of all labour, materials and equipment necessary to construct and complete the whole of the works in accordance with the Contract and shown on the drawings. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
* Structural engineering design of all building elements
* Manufacture the units off-site and transport to the particular Tourist Park. (The Principal will prepare the site and construct the footings/piers).
* Install units complete, except for connection of services.
* Work as Executed Drawings, As built information and Manuals
The Contractor shall allow for all other work not listed separately but necessary to fulfil the scope and true intent of the specification.
