Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the provision of Contractor Services for the Clump Point package of works.
The works comprise:
Rebuilt parking area adjacent to the existing Clump Point Boat Ramp located in Boat Bay (North Queensland, including associated storm drainage (including discharge culvert and scouring pads), kerbing;
* New parking area on Clump Point Lookout Road, including associated retaining structures, storm drainage, kerbing, and barriers;
* Additional sealing of Clump Point Lookout Road to connect parking area to existing sealed roadway, including associated retaining structures, storm drainage, kerbing, and barriers;
* Public toilet block including associated infrastructure;
* Lighting, road furnishings and drainage improvements at the Clump Point Boat Ramp and along Clump Point Lookout Road towards the Clump Point Boat Ramp;
* Additional boat ramp at Clump Point;
* Additional floating walkway beside the Clump Point Boat Ramp;
* Additional marine reclamation and rock walls for parking area adjacent to the Clump Point Boat Ramp; and
* Silt removal at the toe of the Clump Point boat ramps and in the approach channel to the boat ramp.
