Tender Description
The purpose of this Registration of Interest (ROI) process is to invite parties to register their interest in the proposed main works contract to undertake upgrade of mechanical and electrical services at the Client's Marlborough facility, which is to remain operational throughout.
A lead contractor is required to deliver the significant package of building and civil construction works and to manage and co-ordinate the specialist mechanical and electrical sub-contractors/suppliers.
