Tender Description
The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
Interior fitout of 1,500sq.m of commercial office space on Levels 1 & 2, of a newly constructed building at 296-306 Macquarie Street, Liverpool to provide a total of 99 work-points for SafeWork NSW
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
Mandatory Pre-Tender Site Meeting to be held at 10.00am on Thursday 12th May 2016 at 296-306 Macquarie Street, Liverpool NSW 2170.
Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.
