Repaint to Heliport Terminal Fascia and Replace External Ceiling Batts – Learmonth Heliport

⁠⁠⁠Quotations are called for the supply of all materials and labour for the following works:

Scope of Works
Supply materials, labor and equipment to complete the following:-
1. Repaint Heliport external metal fascia and fittings - paint type to be advised during consultation.
2. Remove and replace Heliport external ceiling batts with Hardiflex sheet or similar product with the preference being that no painting is required.
3. Any cost saving where the Shire can provide additional labour should be outlined.

Specifications and Details
* Site inspection recommended to confirm scope of works area. Should you require a site inspection, call the Shire’s Heliport Coordinator on 99491875 prior to close of business on 27 May2016 to arrange an inspection time.
* Access to the site may be restricted to after 12.00pm each weekday.
* Work to be undertaken around existing electrical fittings which will be isolated prior to project commencement.
* All materials supplied and works carried out shall be in accordance with relevant Australian Standards.
* Successful contractor to ensure all WorkSafe procedures are observed.
* Quotations to be detailed showing price per unit and total cost (including GST).
* Lowest or any quote not necessarily accepted.
* Please list any other similar jobs which you have worked on in the past and include Registered Builder number (if held).
* Evidence of Public Liability Insurance (minimum $20,000,000) to be presented.
