Marrickville Council invites tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors to carrying out services for the installation of pavers in construction & maintenance programs as well as restoration works.

Council may accept more than one tender and Council will not necessarily equally apportion the orders between the successful tenderers.

The initial contract term is for Three years subject to satisfactory performance that will be determined by Marrickville Council, with an option to extend for a further one year plus another one year.

Marrickville Council invites Tenders for the carrying out of the services in accordance with this request for Tender.

A pre-tender briefing will be held at Council’s Depot 15 Unwins Bridge Road St Peters on Wednesday the 18th May 2016 at 1:00pm to discuss specific tender requirements.

The closing time and date for all tenders is 2.00pm (AEST), Wednesday 25th May 2016. Submissions must be fully completed by 2pm or risk no submission being recorded.

Costs incurred in preparing tenders will not be reimbursed. Tenders will be evaluated on the selection criteria detailed in the Tender documentation. The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.

The canvassing of Councilors or Council Officers in regards to this Tender will cause the tenderer to be disqualified.
