Tender Description
Tenders are invited for Car Park Construction and Civil Works at Caloundra Junior Rugby League Club - Central Park Precinct, Caloundra.
Works will include but not be limited to:
* Construction of a 104 space car park directly to the south of the rugby league clubhouse;
* Construction of a 28 space car park to the north of the clubhouse;
* Access Roads;
* Pedestrian linkages between the Rugby Union and Rugby League Clubs; and
* Installation of directional signage.
Works are to be undertaken during the football season and therefore consideration to the methodology of works is critical to ensure access to the site and club facilities.
